FTCSC has designated walking zone areas. There is no bus transportation provided to a walking zone designated area. This decision has been made after careful consideration and thorough planning. There are two primary reasons for this change:
1. Accessible Pedestrian Walkways: These pathways provide safe, convenient, and direct routes to our school building from the designated neighborhood.Â
2. Efficient Use of Transportation Resources: Our school district, like many others, faces limitations in transportation resources. By designating certain areas as walk zones, we can better allocate our bus services to students who live farther away and truly need transportation. This change will help us operate more efficiently and ensure that our transportation resources are used where they are most needed.
